Overview
SOAS embraces information technology and streamlining and simplifying work procedures that generate productivity gains and allow its services to be priced competitively. This enables SOAS to pass the benefits of lower prices to clients. All fees and charges mentioned are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7%.

Ad Hoc Corporate Services
SOAS also offer ad hoc corporate services to companies which have signed up with SOAS for services of company secretary appointments. The types of ad hoc corporate services and fees, as well as ancillary charges, are given in the table below:

Ad hoc Corporate Services (only available with SOAS company secretary appointment)
1. EGM resolution and ACRA filing for:

  • Appointment of director/auditor
  • Change of company name/constitution
  • Declaration of director(s)’ fees
S$100 per resolution
plus ancillary charges
2. Director(s)’s resolution and ACRA filing for:

  • Appointment/resignation of company secretary
  • Resignation of director(s)
  • Change of particulars of shareholder/officer
  • Change of registered office/principal activities/financial year end
$50 per resolution plus ancillary charges
3. Share allotment S$200 per individual share allotment transaction plus ancillary charges
4. Share transfer S$300 per individual share transfer transaction plus ancillary charges
5. Strike off of company, company must be solvent S$900 per strike off plus ancillary charges
6. Other secretarial services:

  • Meetings, Consultation, Advisory, Drafting of customised resolutions or Attendance at any shareholder meetings
S$300 per hour plus ancillary charges
Ancillary Charges
Liaison/collection of secretarial registers and documents S$100 per transfer
Business profile extract from ACRA S$10 per extract
ACRA products, filing fees, penalties and stamp duties, Actual fees, charges and fines paid to ACRA
Extension of AGM deadline (max 2 months by ACRA) S$50 plus actual extension fees paid to ACRA
Courier charges Minimum S$10 one-way for Singapore location
S$10 arrangement plus charges for overseas location
Transport to CLIENT’s office Minimum S$30 two-way trip for Singapore location
