All deliverables of SOAS will be digitally stored and managed with online retrieval utilities for clients.
For storage & management of other documents, SOAS will first discuss and plan with clients on “document maintenance requirements” to understand scanning, storage and archival needs for companies to meet the mandatory 5 years document retention requirements or otherwise.
You will have access to digitally scanned documents through our online storage portal. Bulk scanning and storage services will be assessed on a case by case basis.
